There comes a time in which we, as Americans, need to come together to support a cause.  This country has become a “law suit crazed” society, where action over spilled coffee or a slip in the parking lot has cost companies millions if not billions of dollars. It is time that we take responsibility for our own actions. 

RAAFTA was organized to improve the efficacy of our judicial system. We aim to create a system in which rightful suits are placed against the deceitful: a system founded by our forefathers to serve and protect, not for the intentions of money and greed. 

RAAFTA does not aim to prevent legal action. Rather, we want to reintroduce fairness in the courts or, in other words, implement tort reform. We propose that the government should hold the plaintiff and their attorney responsible for cases they bring into the judicial system.  Plaintiffs and their attorneys should be held liable if they fail to win judgment, partaking in the expenses of the defense. We believe these actions will drastically decrease the amount of frivolous cases tried in court.
